Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household throughout home violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a family that known as police throughout a fraught domestic violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order call on the night of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a home violence restraining order in opposition to him had allegedly violated the order and was at the family’s home, in accordance with a statement of info provided by the District Lawyer’s Workplace.

The mother, recognized in the statement as Ms. S, the daddy, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter called police. Dominguez and two other officers arrived at the scene, with the former taking the “lead investigative function,” per the statement.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mom a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly adopted her into the kitchen.

As he rotated to face Ms. S, she “noticed Officer Dominguez’s penis outdoors of his pants absolutely exposed,” the assertion learn.

The mom and daughter then went to seek out Mr. A, the father, they usually known as an uncle who was close to the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “noticed Officer Dominguez going through out of the kitchen together with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a couple of minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went back to work.
