Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household throughout home violence call

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a household that called police throughout a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Legal professional’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order name on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order against him had allegedly violated the order and was on the family’s home, in keeping with an announcement of information supplied by the District Attorney’s Workplace.

The mom, recognized within the statement as Ms. S, the daddy, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter called police. Dominguez and two other officers arrived at the scene, with the previous taking the “lead investigative role,” per the statement.

Dominguez started the investigation by talking to the daughter.

“Officer Dominguez took interest in her and continued to interact nearly exclusively with her,” the assertion learn.

After she gave the officer a potential location, Dominguez allegedly ordered the opposite two officers to conduct the search. While he “milled around the residence,” in line with the statement, “he managed to maintain the daughter in view of his Body Worn Digital camera.”

The daughter then requested Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor, which they — and Ms. S, the mom — went to retrieve collectively. After Dominguez was handed the monitor, the mom alleged that Dominguez unzipped his pants and commenced rubbing his crotch. The daughter also allegedly witnessed this.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mom a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly adopted her into the kitchen.

As he turned around to face Ms. S, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis outside of his pants fully uncovered,” the statement learn.

The mom and daughter then went to find Mr. A, the daddy, they usually known as an uncle who was near the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez going through out of the kitchen together with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a couple of minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went back to work.

“The charged habits is past disturbing,” District Legal professional Jeff Rosen said. “Regulation enforcement officers respond to our houses to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”

This is not the first misconduct incident throughout the past month involving San Jose police. An officer investigating the kidnapping of 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was allegedly drunk throughout the investigation, tipping off an FBI agent on the scene, KRON reported.

Dominguez is on administrative depart following the incident, the District Lawyer’s Office said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
