“You’re sleeping in the midst of the highway… your pants are down,” the other officer says in another video shared to YouTube by NJ.com.

He asks “Are you diabetic?”

“By no means,” Pesce says — to which the officer responds: “Most likely the flawed answer.”

Pesce has been on restricted responsibility until further notice pending investigation outcomes as he faces expenses for 5 site visitors offenses.

“There’s been several calls — and another caller that saw you get out of the car and walk to the back," the officer replies.

Pesce disputes that he had been driving, saying “No one was driving.”

He was promoted to chief in 2018, after 20 years with Bordentown police, following the resignation of disgraced former Bordentown Police Chief Frank Nucera.
