DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now house after being abducted by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airlines Center. But the family still seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not performing swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the girl as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone missing a complete of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that way (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and different causes of motion.''
Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father informed police at the sport when he realized she was missing. But, based on the lawyer, the father was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
