DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being abducted by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks game at American Airlines Center. But the household nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough concerning the crime, which had the lady as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry mentioned. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims against them for his or her negligence and other causes of action.''
Fortenberry said the teenager’s father informed police on the game when he realized she was missing. However, in response to the attorney, the daddy was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
