A Florida decide on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his workers.
Driving the information: "I'm discovering that the enacted map is unconstitutional underneath the Honest District modification ... because it diminishes African Individuals' means to elect the representatives of their alternative," Leon County Circuit Decide Layne Smith mentioned.
