  1. @ 4:57. Might want to leave it turning the way it is. If it grabs the part and jerks it out of your hands it will throw it down, and not in your face. Just a thought.

  2. While you're somewhat restricted, how about a family livestream or casual Q&A? It's always nice to see Jack or Mrs W and I'm not sure you've ever really sat and taken stock of the new home, etc. Plans for the summer, how's that fancy greenhouse doing, etc.

  3. Wranglerstar think there was an editing glitch in this video, Rest up and work less ? one every other day or one a week, or just whenever you feel like it… never push yourself – youve made it man, slow down and enjoy,,, but keep making em as you are my number 1 fav youtuber by a country mile, – no one else even come close when it comes to things like honesty and openness "obviously within Gov bounds"

  4. Cody I have my office setup in our shop and I’ve been using a wifi bridge for 2 years now with no issues and plenty of speed for meetings and such

  5. I asked this once before and you didn't answer me but what is a professional homeowner

  6. I love the channel and have been here since the wrangler barn days but for the love of god can you give good titles to the videos? These deceptive titles are annoying.

  7. "How To Set Up A Shop Like A PROFESSIONAL Homeowner" is such a better title.

  8. Great video! I have to say after having COvID recently (March 2022) I feel the exact same way you do. I do not have the motivation nor the enthusiasm to tackle projects in my shop. I go to the shop and just stare at things. Obviously your major surgery is part of it, but I believe long COvID has effected us all. Thank you for taking the time to produce content. Get well soon!

  9. We continue to pray for you and for your family Cody. God bless you brother. Give Momma Kitty a scritch from us.

  10. A Linus Tech Tips collab to wire your shop up with internet would be fantastic and unexpected

  11. Hey Cody just wanted to say here about the difference with how the motor spins on that red bench grinder I do Remember you had that MDF sharpening system and you spun that motor around so it felt better to you when you were sharpening so I don’t think it has anything to do with buffing vs sharpening

  12. Not trying to rag on you but why not build some of these things instead of ordering everything?
Like the bench grinder pedestals or cabinets. Think about the joy it would bring you knowing you built these things instead of ordering offline.

  13. My grandpa had his "grinder" on a pedestal he made out of a piece of metal pipe and a brake drum. I'm pretty sure his grider was just a big electric motor out of gosh knows what that had a single shaft coming out of the side. Imagine being 7 yo or so and using that beast for the first time. Let's just say it was far from OSHA compliant.

  14. My mom had your same injury and it took her many months to get to a some what comfortable state going through physical therapy as well and she is still dealing with it.

  15. I use a device called EZ Bridge to send internet from my house about 400 ft through dense forest to my shop. Speeds at the house are 70 Mbps and at my shop are 60 Mbps.

  16. I know this is off topic but could you make some videos of how you make your money or how you invest it to be able to stay around home more with your family instead of off working all the time

  17. After a surgery like that you need so much rest, you are also very susceptible to covid etc.

  18. Your shop is really coming together, looking like a real professional homeowner. Where is my loctite?

  19. Cody you used to make good videos. I’m sorry to see all the youtube influencer “fame” has brought about your downfall. No one cares about your opinion. You buy fancy stuff with money given to you by left wing media companies. Your family and your followers will only remember you for not having enough spine to stand up for what’s right. May god bless you and send you to hell to learn some humility

  20. You have been given solid advice from many folks here, that fits in with some scary mistakes I have made. I'm very chary of wire wheels, because even though my Dad had one, he never used it and said it would blind you! He'd pulled wire out of blokes' eyes back in the day. Vice Grip Garage calls it "The ole bench mounted cheek poker 9000" and he's probably right.

  21. Well if I had all your money it be nice. I do have your money so show me away to do it with what I can afford and with what i got to work with or can afford. 🤕🤕🤕🤕

  22. Mamma Kitty puts the meow in "professional hoMEOWner" 😂Take care of yourself, Cody, don't rush getting to a 100%, you're still recovering from a bad injury and major surgery!

  23. Our tool sharpening grinder is set up with ON/OFF on a foot pedal. Really glad I did that. Even better on the big grinder where you might have something in your hands too heavy to throw the switch.
