Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete safety barrier near the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The car slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials stated.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front across the street from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Each have been taken to a hospital and are now in secure situation, officials mentioned. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face charges.

D.C. police are investigating.
