On-line diary: Buffalo gunman plotted assault for months

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman accused of massacring 10 Black people at a Buffalo supermarket wrote way back to November about staging a livestreamed assault on African Individuals, practiced capturing from his automobile and traveled hours from his house in March to scout out the store, in accordance with detailed diary entries he seems to have posted online.
