Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI expenses

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving under the affect and driving with a blood alcohol content material of 0.08% or increased, based on the Napa County Legal Justice Network's public reserving report. Both costs are misdemeanors.

Pelosi was trying to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep traveling northbound on the road, based on a collision report from the California Highway Patrol, which doesn't establish either driver as being at fault within the crash. There were no accidents reported in the crash and the Jeep's driver was not arrested, the report mentioned.

Bail was set at $5,000 in line with the reserving report, and data indicate Pelosi was released Sunday morning.
