Teen arrested after mother noticed son had gun at Texas school drop-off

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Grey News) - A number of agencies responded to a center faculty in Texas Friday morning after a youngster’s mother observed he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mom was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Center Faculty round 9 a.m. when she seen the firearm. The teenager by no means made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the school.
The Lubbock Police Division responded to the area along with several different agencies in an try to search out him.
The teenager was found near the college’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities mentioned the 15-year-old could be going through a felony weapons charge.
