Uvalde school police chief identified as commander who determined to not breach classroom

12:17 p.m.: Robb Elementary proclaims on Fb: "There's an active shooter at Robb Elementary. Legislation enforcement is on site. Your cooperation is needed right now by not visiting the campus.
