Uvalde faculty police chief identified as commander who determined not to breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary College on Could 24 that left 19 children and two teachers lifeless.
