Uvalde college police chief identified as commander who determined to not breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School on Might 24 that left 19 kids and two lecturers useless.
