Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with baby porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading tons of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn of their home.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the cellphone he was using didn't have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
