Wife filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had hundreds of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the telephone he was using didn't have any photographs similar to those Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been mates and had mentioned carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
