Wife filled husband’s telephone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn of their house.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been pals and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.
