Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with child porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their residence.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the phone he was using did not have any pictures similar to those Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been mates and had discussed carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same costs in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
