A California district lawyer declined to file prices Tuesday in opposition to former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson after he was recorded on video in a bodily altercation with another passenger on a JetBlue flight.
San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe made the choice after having reviewed police reviews and videos of the April 20 incident. Each the passenger, who has not been recognized, and Tyson requested that no charges be filed.

David Chesnoff, Richard Schonfeld and Martin Sabelli, attorneys for Tyson, responded to the choice to not file charges by thanking Wagstaffe, the San Mateo County sheriff and law enforcement agencies "for their cautious, diligent, and professional work."
