Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their residence.

The police say that telephone had lots of of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any pictures much like those Moore became them. After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
