Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with little one porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was using did not have any pictures just like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly obtained a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were pals and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his outdated phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same expenses as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
