Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the gadget and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had lots of of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any photos just like those Moore became them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been buddies and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the phone.

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
