Wife filled husband’s phone with youngster porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading hundreds of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their house.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they were associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his primary telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
