Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Large Macs day-after-day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Huge Mac streak started on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve solely missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I count every Large Mac. I’ve counted each Huge Mac I’ve eaten my entire life,” Gorske stated.

Gorske eats two Huge Macs a day.

“All through life here, a lot of people stated, ‘You’ll be lifeless before you reach 50 years of eating Large Macs.’ I guess I proved them wrong,” he stated.

His son will not be shocked at his father’s persistence.

“We all the time went to McDonald’s with my dad and had completely happy meals. I always loved my rooster nuggets, and my brother always cherished his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s simply an everyday life kind of thing for us,” he mentioned.

Gorske’s son has extra of a diversified weight loss plan.

“I used to eat hen nuggets day-after-day. I used to eat cheeseburgers on daily basis, but eventually you simply get sick of it. I don’t know the way he does it, but he actually does,” he stated.

Gorske says he will proceed consuming Massive Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.
