Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete security barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the car about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The car slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials said.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front throughout the street from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Both had been taken to a hospital and are actually in secure condition, officials said. We do not know their precise ages.

They’re expected to face expenses.

D.C. police are investigating.
