Victims, dad and mom of Oxford school shooting victims sue faculty staff

The defendants' actions have been "reckless" and put the lives of the victims "at substantial danger of serious and immediate hurt," the lawsuit alleged. The lawsuit claimed that due to the faculty and district directors' information earlier than the taking pictures started, "it was foreseeable that [Crumbley] would perform such acts of violence."

The lawsuit also alleged that the district violated the victims' constitutional right to be free from danger.
