The household of an 11-year-old woman who survived the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader performed useless after the gunman entered her classroom.

Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother stated the 4th grader is struggling to cope and telling them what she witnessed in the course of the taking pictures.

"Round midnight my sister-in-law referred to as me and he or she was just crying, like 'I believe it simply hit Miah. I believe every thing came to reality now,'" mentioned Blanca Rivera.

Rivera stated Miah's teacher, Irma Garcia, was one of the two teachers killed. Her buddies and classmates have been also focused.

Rivera stated that is when Miah went into survival mode.

"Miah acquired some blood and put it on herself so she might fake she was lifeless," said Rivera. "It's too much for me to play that scene over and over again, but that's what my sister-in-law said is that she saw her good friend filled with blood and he or she bought blood and put it on herself."

Miah was injured however taken to the hospital and has been released.

"My brother mentioned she had bullet fragments in her again," said Rivera.

Rivera, a mother of three, mentioned the household is rallying around Miah to assist her get well bodily, emotionally and spiritually.

"At this point, we simply have to pray and ask God to help us move ahead by means of this example, I know it's traumatizing as it's," stated Rivera.

Nearly everybody in the city of Uvalde has been touched by the loss of someone within the mass capturing at Robb Elementary College, residents are supporting one another as they begin coping with the tragedy.
