Uvalde faculty police chief recognized as commander who determined not to breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School on Could 24 that left 19 youngsters and two academics dead.
