DALLAS - The high courtroom will enable a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed towards the town of Dallas and four police officers.

The household of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

The Supreme Court docket upheld a federal appeals courtroom’s ruling that will enable the case to proceed.
