Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten direkt den Wert einer nahmen Positionierung in den Ergebnissen und recht bald fand man Betriebe, die sich auf die Optimierung qualifitierten. In den Anfängen erfolgte der Antritt oft über die Transfer der URL der speziellen Seite in puncto divergenten Suchmaschinen im Internet. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Prüfung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Website auf den Server der Recherche, wo ein 2. Computerprogramm, der gern genutzte Indexer, Infos herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Wörter, Links zu anderweitigen Seiten). Die neuzeitlichen Versionen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Informationen, die aufgrund der Webmaster auch vorhanden worden sind, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Search Engines wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben eine Übersicht über den Gehalt einer Seite, jedoch stellte sich bald hervor, dass die Nutzung er Hinweise nicht solide war, da die Wahl der eingesetzten Schlüsselworte durch den Webmaster eine ungenaue Präsentation des Seiteninhalts repräsentieren hat. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in den Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Websites bei einzigartigen Ausschau halten listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller mehrere Attribute in des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu steuern, dass die Seite überlegen in den Resultaten gelistet wird.[3] Da die späten Search Engines sehr auf Faktoren abhängig waren, die nur in Koffern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr instabil für Abusus und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um höhere und relevantere Urteile in Ergebnissen zu erhalten, mussten wir sich die Betreiber der Suchmaschinen an diese Umständen integrieren. Weil der Riesenerfolg einer Search Engine davon zusammenhängt, relevante Suchergebnisse zu den gestellten Keywords anzuzeigen, konnten ungeeignete Resultate zur Folge haben, dass sich die Nutzer nach anderen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zur Suche im Web umschauen. Die Rückmeldung der Search Engines lagerbestand in komplexeren Algorithmen fürs Positionierung, die Gesichtspunkte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur schwierig lenkbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin entworfenen mit „Backrub“ – dem Stammvater von Die Suchmaschine – eine Anlaufstelle, die auf einem mathematischen KI basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Seiten gewichtete und dies in den Rankingalgorithmus einfluss besitzen ließ. Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
